Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day for a few days before departure, to promote a good balance of the intestinal bacterial flora in preparation for the trip and after returning. During the stay in the destination country, take 2 capsules per day. The capsules should be taken during breakfast or lunch (on a full stomach).
