1. Details of the Data Controller: the Data Controller is Laboratorio Chimico Farmaceutico "A. Sella" S.r.l. (hereinafter also referred to as the "Controller"), VAT no. 00161860242, with registered office at Via Vicenza, no. 67 36015 Schio (VI). The Controller may be contacted by:

The Controller has not appointed a data protection officer (RPD, i.e. data protection officer, DPO).
2. Type of personal data processed and method of collection: the company may process personal data collected directly from you, the data subject, or from third parties known to you, or from public databases, such as (non-exhaustive list):
- identifying data (surname and first name, address, age, date of birth, ...),
- contact details (personal telephone number, personal email address...),
- previous work experience,
- qualifications,
- membership of protected categories,
The company requests that the curricula variously submitted or the information provided for the purposes of personnel selection do not include special categories of data. Otherwise, the data in question will be deleted.
3. Automated decision-making processes: any automated decision-making process, including profiling, is excluded.
4. Purposes of the processing: Professional assessment of the candidate against the company's requirements and preliminary activities for the establishment of the employment relationship for the position applied for or any future roles.
5. Legal basis of the processing: the legal basis of the processing consists in the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the candidate's request.
6. Mandatory or optional nature of providing the data and consequences of any refusal to provide it: providing the data is mandatory, as failure to provide it will not allow any assessment of the candidate or the establishment of the employment relationship.
7. Processing methods: Your data is collected and recorded lawfully and fairly, in compliance with articles 5 and 6 of the Regulation, for the pursuit of the purposes indicated above and in accordance with the fundamental principles established by the applicable legislation. The processing of personal data may take place by means of manual, IT and electronic tools, but always under the safeguard of technical and organizational measures suitable to guarantee its security and confidentiality, above all in order to reduce the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, of the data, of unauthorized access, or of processing that is not permitted or not compliant with the purposes of the collection.
8. Categories of recipients of the personal data: the personal data is not subject to dissemination but, within the limits and for the purposes indicated above, may be communicated to or come to the knowledge of, and therefore be processed by:
A. Company employees expressly designated (for example the personnel and administration office);
B. External data processors of the company, as well as their employees and collaborators as designated persons or external processors, such as consultants and/or service providers of the company identified in writing and to whom specific written instructions have been given, the complete and up-to-date list of which is available for consultation at the Controller's premises.
9. Data retention period: Your personal data will be processed for the time necessary to achieve the purposes referred to in point 4 and in any case for a maximum of 6 months from receipt or from the date of the last communicated update of your curriculum vitae.
If you receive and accept a job offer from the Data Controller, the personal data collected in the period prior to your hiring will become part of the personal file concerning you and will be kept throughout your employment, for which, in any case, you will be provided with a separate privacy notice.
Subject to your express consent, the Data Controller may retain and process your personal data in order to assess your application for other profiles and/or for a further period of 18 months beyond the term indicated above.
10. Transfer of data abroad: Your data will not be transferred outside the EU.
11. Rights of the data subject: With regard to the personal data in question, the Employee is granted the following rights:
A. of access: obtaining evidence of the purposes pursued by the Data Controller, the categories of data involved, the recipients to whom it may be communicated, the applicable retention period, the existence of automated decision-making processes;
B. to obtain the rectification or erasure of the personal data;
C. to request the restriction of the processing concerning you;
D. to object to the processing;
E. to the portability of the electronic data that is subject to automated processing, receiving said data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, also in order to transmit such data to another controller, without any hindrance, in all cases where this is necessary under the law;
F. to withdraw consent in cases where the legal basis of the processing is your consent;
G. to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority).
